POSTPARTUM LACTATION CONSULTATION
$325
Duration: 1-1.5Â hours (In-home)
During this key visit we will use a feeding to address and resolve any breastfeeding concerns. Baby’s weight will be taken pre & post feed to measure milk transfer. We will practice proper latching techniques and breastfeeding positions that will work for you and baby at different stages. With permission, an oral exam of your baby will be performed to check for tongue mobility to ensure there are no restrictions that are negatively affecting breastfeeding. I provide a custom care plan so you can implement everything discussed, and continued support via text and email. In some cases, a follow-up is necessary.
VIRTUAL LACTATION CONSULTATION

Duration: 1-1.5Â hours (virtual)
This initial virtual appointment is tailored to any questions or concerns you may have. If needed, we will practice proper latching techniques and breastfeeding positions that will work for you and your baby at different stages. I provide a custom care plan so you can implement everything discussed, and continued support via text and email. In some cases, a follow-up is necessary.
POSTPARTUM CONSULTATION PACKAGE

Duration: 3 Full Consultations (In-home and Virtual)
Looking for the whole shebang? This is a comprehensive 3-consult package including 1 Postpartum Consultation, 1 Follow-up Consultation, and 1 Back-to-Work Consultation. Back-to-work can be swapped for a Prenatal Consultation. I will create customized care plans and provide support via text and email in between consultations.
VIRTUAL FOLLOWÂ UP

Following a Virtual Consultation, you may find a follow-up beneficial. It builds upon the initial consult. If needed, we’ll use a feeding to address any new (or continuing) issues. I provide an updated custom care plan so you can implement everything we discuss.

Duration: 45 minutes -Â 1 hour (In-home)
Following a Postpartum Consultation, you may find a follow-up beneficial. It builds upon the initial consult. We’ll use a feeding to address any new (or continuing) issues. A pre & post feed weight can be done to measure and address milk transfer. I provide an updated custom care plan so you can implement everything we discuss.
BACK TO WORK CONSULTATION
$225
Duration: 1 hour (Virtual)
Going back to work can be stressful. We will make a pumping and feeding plan to help make this transition as easy as possible. We will discuss how to maximize milk production with different pumping techniques. We will go over milk storage guidelines and the easiest way to transport your pumped breastmilk. During your transition, I provide continued support via text and email.
PRENATAL CONSULTATION

Duration: 1 hour (Virtual)
We will go over what to expect with breastfeeding a newborn. We’ll mainly focus on the first couple weeks of life but will also discuss how breastfeeding evolves over year one. We’ll dive into newborn behaviors and feeding cues. I’ll answer any questions you may have about what's to come. I will be there to help navigate you through simple issues in the first few days of life. A Postpartum Consultation will be needed for larger challenges.
TWINS CONSULTATION

Duration: 2.5 – 3 hours (In-home)
We will address and work to resolve any breastfeeding challenges you’re facing with each baby. Babies’ weights will be taken pre & post feed to measure milk transfer. We’ll cover proper latching techniques and breastfeeding positions that will work for you and babies at different stages. With permission, an oral exam of babies will be performed to check for proper tongue mobility to make sure there are no restrictions negatively affecting breastfeeding. A detailed care plan will be given to you so you can implement what we discuss. Continued support via text and email provided.
